These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the video game Flow – The Tidal Whispers (the “Game”) and any related services or websites operated by Lavenders Entertainment Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Players and creators may create fan works such as:

• fan art

• videos

• remixes

• streams

• community content

However, such creations must comply with the Flow Creative Works Guidelines, available on the official website.

These guidelines describe how the Game’s intellectual property may be used in community creations.

5. Platform Features

Some versions of the Game may integrate platform features such as:

• Steam Achievements

• Steam Cloud Saves

• platform-specific services

These services are operated by the platform provider and are subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

6. Updates and Availability

We may update or modify the Game from time to time.

While we aim to provide a stable experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any warranties related to performance, compatibility, or availability.
